This can be a challenging skill to learn, and even more tricky to maintain with consistency. Thank you for the reminder about how important practice can be.
The awareness in me is the awareness in you. I love you to the moon and back yet I’ve gone no distance in order to have our love meet as one. I think it’s time we had a good chat seeker.

Another thoughtful and heart-created blog, Marilyn. A fun "mantra" I've recently started using... NO JOE! (judgment, opinion, ego). YES BOB! (Breathe, observe, bless). XO
This is something I have been working on and practicing in the past few years, trying to be present and fully listening without getting in the way. I am pleased to find it seems to be getting a little easier to simply allow things to unfold.
I love the heart to heart hug, it's beautiful you could share and support those who needed healing after sharing their stories.
Thank you so much for the sharing my note Marilyn, I'm glad it was a quiet reminder for you❤

And thank you for stopping by Elaine - I think I just now made the connection and so delighted to see you here at Substack :-)

Love the "no "S.O.P." idea Jeremy. Always and forever more to be gleaned and experienced as long as we stay willing to explore the adventures? :-)

That is something I am working on - listening to the soul "i" rather than the Ego "I."
